Sean Connors: HVAC Manager

Sean Connors is our new HVAC Manager as of June 2023! He grew up right in Taneytown and enjoys fishing and grilling. 

Sean has a total of 24 Years of experience in the HVAC field; 10 Years of that being an installer, 12 Years of Sales Consulting, and 2 Years of Management. He previously worked at A-Quality as an HVAC Salesman for 15 years and is also EPA Certified, QA Certified, and a Trane Comfort Specialist.

Sean’s favorite part of the job is meeting new people and helping them address their HVAC concerns in the best way that fits their family needs! He is here to answer all your HVAC questions and resolve any issues you may be experiencing!

Amanda Dietz: HVAC Office Administrator

Amanda Dietz is our new HVAC Office Administrator as of October 2023! Amanda grew up right here in Westminster and enjoys the outdoors and hanging out with her friends. 

She has half a decade of experience in the HVAC field, having previously worked at A-Quality as an HVAC Office Administrator for 5 years. 

Amanda loves helping people who are experiencing HVAC issues! If you give us a call with an HVAC concern, Amanda will be here to answer all of your questions and help get that issue resolved for you!

Gregory Shaeffer: HVAC Technician

Greg Shaeffer is one of our new and talented HVAC Service Technicians as of November 2023! Greg grew up right here in Westminster and enjoys riding and working on motorcycles in his spare time.

Greg previously worked at A-Quality as an HVAC Service Technician for 5 years. He has his Maryland State HVAC License, EPA Certifications, and over 10 years of experience in the HVAC field. He also has a great knowledge of Geothermal HVAC systems and is here to help with any HVAC issue you may have!

Tyler Richards: HVAC Technician

Tyler Richards is one of our new and talented HVAC Service Technicians as of September 2023! Tyler grew up right in Eldersburg and enjoys riding dirtbikes, watching comedy, and doing home projects in his spare time. 

In addition to having his Journeyman’s License and being EPA certified, Tyler has over 7 years of work experience in the HVAC field, having worked at A-Quality as an HVAC Lead Installer. 

Tyler enjoys troubleshooting and solving people’s HVAC issues and is here to help provide heating and cooling solutions to customers!

Jon Boda: HVAC Technician

Jon Boda is one of our new and talented HVAC Technicians as of April 2024! Jon grew up right in Prince George’s County and enjoys spending time with his son when he’s not working. 

He has his bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of work experience in the HVAC field. He worked at A-Quality as a Leader Installer for 4 years. 

Jon enjoys problem solving and is happy to be part of our locally owned and operated company!
