Drain Cleaning Technician

Apple Plumbing seeks service HVAC technicians to serve residential and light commercial buildings. Our company serves our customers’ entire heating and air needs from preventive maintenance to diagnostics to system replacement. We believe in the highest of of customer service and plumbing workmanship standards and seek technicians who do also.
Maryland Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration license
Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems including but not limited to split systems/heat pumps, gas & oil fired furnaces, and ductless mini splits
Experience with geothermal systems and sheet metal
Ability to work in a professional manner with a great amount of self accountability
Lifting 50lbs or greater
Using hand tools that require significant torque
Operating heavy equipment and tools
Working outdoors in the heat, humidity or cold & indoors in unconditioned spaces
Working in inclement weather including but not limited to rain, snow & wind
Driving commercial trucks including trucks with trailers attached
Working on residential and commercial rooftops
Work on ladders and extension ladders
Working after normal business hours, at night & on weekends as the job requires including instances without notice
Dealing with emotional customers in a calm manner
Working with a variety of personalities on our team as well as other contractors’ teams
Reliably arriving to each work day on time
High pressure situations & environments
